About 4BC
When you look at the politics in British Columbia, what do you see?
The NDP and the unions. The Liberals and big business. The Greens and their schemes. In between all that we have over 20 political parties that march across the political spectrum.
The problem is if you are left or right, you will keep going in circles. That is where 4BC comes in. You want to move forward? You bring your steering wheel to the center and hit the gas.
Our Vision
We believe there is a disconnect between the politics and the people.
To some there is no value in voting as they will never meet with their MLA. Especially if the citizen have views that run counter to the political party in power.
We want to change that. We want the people to know they can sit down with their MLA. They can ask questions, even the hard ones.
The only time you see your elected representative is during election time, but after that they are gone.
Time for a change.
Our Colours
British Columbia is rich in culture and biodiversity. 4BC choose it colours to reflect British Columbia.
The colour Jade is the primary colour because Jade is our official mineral.
White was selected as a the secondary colour in honour of our provincial animal the Kermode Bear, or "Spirit Bear", and floral emblem the Pacific Dogwood.
We use black to provide a contrast between the jade and white. We do not want to be mistaken for other parties that use a green hue for their official colours.
